A late post for last week. I hoped to get the chance for a more satisfying photo of the week, but well this is what I came up with last weekend.
This lonely tree is standing right at the border between the Schlei and the open Baltic. It is located on a narrow piece of land that is a bird protection area and may only be entered with special permission. Only the end of this peninsula is inhabited, with a little store and a lighthouse at the entrance to the Schlei.
