After some trips here and there with the new Nikon D7000, today was the time to take it out to the Schlei. On a small peninsula close to Ulsnis we found this small beach some months ago. I didn’t take photos here back then, but saved the place in my mind for later. Well, today was a great day to go there and take some long exposures shortly after sunset. Here we’re watching south/southeast, following the cloud’s movement to the same direction.

I still don’t have the adapter rings to attach my filter holder to the new lenses (why they all have to have different front lens sizes?). So I handheld the graduated filter and my purple-ish grey filter in from of the lens for about 1 minute. I had to work a bit on the sky to get rid of that ugly purple again.
