This swan at the moated castle in Glücksburg close to the Danish border was patient enough so I could take some nice portraits of him. Maybe he wanted to keep us as far aways from his wife, too – she was sitting on a nest full of eggs when we were there....

I am not sure what kind of plant this is, but it sure looks interesting. This plant rolls in when it dies in late autumn and leaves this ball-like forms. I suspect that is where the seeds are, but I’m just guessing here… it’s too late for botanical...

This photo is another one from the “scent smoke series” I took not long ago. This time I reversed the colors, to the black background became white and the bluish smoke got some weird brownish color. In Photoshop I was changing that color to a light blue....
