On Wednesday we had the first heavy autumn storm of this year. I was out at the coast to take photos for the four newspapers in Nordfriesland and the islands at the west coast. I could barely walk in the strong wind.

This sign which says “No swimming” in German only served for ironic purposes that day… I thought. Some hundred meters away from this point I actually saw a wind surfer trying to stand in the storm… he failed and had to walk back to the land.

And yes… I got wet for this photo. It was the last one before I headed back to the car.
