At the moment we are getting daily visits from a couple of pigeons. They are nesting nearby and are getting the food that was supposed to be for the little birds. They are sitting almost right in front of our bedroom window, to the delight of Lumi, our cat. When we show at the window they are disappearing immediately.
This pigeon in Rendsburg was more brave and let me come pretty close. Others were even coming closer from alone. Seems they are used to be fed by the people in the shopping street. This one was injured at one foot, as it seemed, but apart from that it seemed to be quite lively.
