Since yesterday we are getting constant visits of a chickadee family. The “little ones” are pretty hungry and the parents discovered some bird’s food we had kept from last winter. It’s too cute to see the small birdies and their first flight experiments (several times they touched the windows of the bedroom already, but they are so fluffy that it doesn’t matter…).

I placed a flash on the balcony lighting the white wall – the birds move so fast that it’s almost impossible to freeze their movement without the super-fast light of the flash.
