Today’s constantly changing sky promised some interesting light for the end of the day. So around 1 hour before sunset I went out to the Schlei. On my way I saw a beautiful, very thick rainbow that was going almost straight down from a cloud to the ground....

This is how this year’s hottest day looked like. We had spent a great day a the beach and returned to Schleswig on the south side of the Schlei. Just in time for the sunset we stopped at a parking place with great view across the Schlei to the northwest....
